Healthy Holiday Chocolate Mousse

Eat too many of of Santa’s cookies already? I know, me too. 

In the midst of making + munching on holiday snacks, here’s a healthy dessert you can have between those frosted cookies (so we can feel better about ourselves for a minute).

This is a gluten-free chocolate mousse recipe from a friend that’s super delicious and uses only a small amount of natural sugar in the banana it calls for. It’s creamy and chocolatey and can be whipped up in a few minutes! Note: dates optional, I prefer without!
