Weekend Getaway: Road Trippin’

Let’s talk weekend getaways — because after reading this you’ll be running to the road.

Grab your bests + hop in the car for a quick trip. It won’t cost you anything [except gas], it requires zero planning, and you can sing really freaking loud.

Here’s how to do a road trip the right way: Dress comfortably. Think denim, rompers, sunnies + swimsuits. Stop along the way [waterside, mountainside, or alongside super chic cornfields]. Blast music. Sing loudly. Eat healthy snacks, like crackers, veggies + pressed juice. Opt for spontaneity over making plans. Go somewhere you’ve never been. Squeeze in some water views and go for a dip! Put your phones away — live it, rather than snapchat it. GIGGLE. GOSSIP [the nice kind]. Be GRATEFUL.

Katie and I had way too much fun road tripping a few weeks ago. Plus, this red vintage Bronco may be our favorite car ever. We hope you hit the road with your friends this weekend. #TGIF, my loves.
