St. Patricks Day Snacks + Sips

Who’s ready for all things GREEN?! We’re a week out from St Patrick’s Day — but I found myself experimenting with a green cocktail [or two] a little early.

If you want to impress your friends [or yourself] with festive snacks and sips, I’ve got you COVERED. Here are a few of my favorite treats for St. Paddy’s Day. Quick + easy!

GREEN-CANDIED PRETZELS // 1 bag candy melts | 1 bag pretzels | green sprinkles

Microwave the candy melts in a medium-sized bowl [or heat over the stove]. Stir well. Fill a second bowl with green sprinkles. Dip a third of the pretzel first into the melted candy, and then into the sprinkles. Allow pretzels to cool and harden on parchment paper.

PADDY’S PRICKLY PICK: 2oz vodka | 1/2 kiwi | 1/2 lime | 1tsp sugar | 1tsp agave | soda water

Peel kiwi and cut lime in quarters. Muddle fruit, sugar and agave in a shaker until it appears juicy. Add ice and vodka. Shake well. Pour into a glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a kiwi wedge.

GREEN MACHINE // 1oz Midori | 1oz fresh lemon juice | 2oz sweet + sour juice | 2tbs green sugar [for rim only]

Rim a martini glass with green sugar [click HERE for a how-to]. Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake well and pour into your glass.
