Caramel Apple Popsicles
The only thing better than a caramel apple is… a caramel apple POPSICLE! Since Cali-land still feels like summertime, I wanted to pair ALL the fall feels with a cool twist on a traditional thanksgiving treat.

INGREDIENTS // 1 ½ C apple cider | 1 apple (thinly sliced – 2-3 slices per pop) | 1 TBSP cinnamon | Drizzled caramel | Popsicle mold
INSTRUCTIONS // Add 2-3 thin apple slices to each popsicle mold | Mix cider and cinnamon together in a bowl | Pour mixture into popsicle molds | Freeze for 4-6 hours | Drizzle finished pops with caramel before serving
Makes 5-6 small popsicles. Adjust measurmenets based on mold size/number of pops
