Dress Up Your Home for the Holidays

This marks my first year celebrating the holidays in a new home. Which means, I’ve already spent too much money on garland and glittery vases and festive gift boxes I just had to have.

If you’re buried in work [and life] this time of year, here a couple of easy decor ideas. They’ll really make your house pop, without stealing too much of your time.

Berry Bouquets…

Pick up festive (faux) red berry branches in bulk, and place them in various vases (the berries will really pop in silver and/or white holders). The branches can also be laid flat as part of a tablescape or on your mantle. Keep any extra berries for wrapping holiday presents. They make the best gift toppers!

Ornament Bowl

Make good use of your extra ornaments this year by placing them in a wide, decorative bowl you have at home. You can stick with a single color scheme (as shown above), or you can combine an eclectic mix. Place the bowl on a coffee table or use it as a centerpiece.

Large Silver Bulbs ($79) // Frosted Pinecones ($13) // Silver Finial Drops ($39) // Honeycomb Ornaments ($8) // Glass Ball Ornaments ($23.50) // Snowflake Drops ($11.50)

P.S. Here are a few of my other favorite decor items this year…

Gold Branches ($24.99) // Glitter Trees ($29.50) // Gold Votive Cups ($19.95) // Party Cones ($19)
