Travel Diary: Capri by Water

I’m writing to you from Capri, Italy today. It’s quiet and serene, and feels worlds away from reality.
Capri waters are famous for three stacks of rock that tower over the Mediterranean, known locally as Faraglioni. You’ve probably spotted the attraction on postcards, because it’s a favorite among tourists. The center stack has an opening in the center, which is wide enough for a small boat to pass through.
Knowing it would be worth the trip, my husband and I headed that direction just before the sun started setting. The light was remarkable…
