We all want that GLOW — the kind of clear skin that radiates; that exudes happiness; that feels natural — with ease.
I’ve learned it alllll starts with our skin habits first. The face wash we use, the masks we lather on, the creams we remedy our insecurities with. Great products and even better health habits often yield better skin, which makes the whole makeup process a lot easier. I struggled with acne in my early twenties, which pushed me to splurge a little more on better products while watching the foods I ate.
Inevitably, my habits are ever-changing [because of travel, weather + skin changes], but I listed a number of products I’ve used at different points. HABITS // Wash face day + night | Rinse with cold water | Moisturize immediately after [with SPF if daytime] | Apply lip balm | Mist skin with Evian Facial Water or Rose Water throughout the day | Drink lemon water | Be aware of sugar and dairy intake [I limit myself to one serving per day to ease breakouts]
