NYE Style | Sequins, Stars + Sweats

HOW is it almost New Years Eve?! The week between Christmas and NYE always feels like a happy blur. Everything is a bit hazy, no one knows what day it is, and it feels totally acceptable to drink wine at 2PM on a Thursday. WINNING.

Are you staying in or going out for New years this year? We’re currently planning a last-minute trip to head up north for a few days. Big Bear is known for it’s snowy winters and cozy cabins, it’s only a couple of hours from LA. So we’re road tripping up there with some of our closest friends for a few days away but not too far from home.

Last year at this time, I was still nursing Ev and he was on a pretty tight eating/sleeping schedule, so we stayed home and had a babies and parents party at our place. It was actually so fun, but this year I am admittedly ready to ring in the new year someplace new! We won’t be dressing up, but we’ll throw on some festive PJ’s and drink alllll the champagne.

Whatever you’re doing — I’m sharing some outfit + glam inspo below. I found these sparkley hair pins and clips from AMAZON – can you believe it!? The whole set was literally $20 and it was SO easy to place them in my hair. It took five minutes (just use hairspray or texturizing spray to make the pins stick in your hair a little easier). Between getting ready and putting Ev to bed, quick beauty hacks are my #mamamusthave!
